What is your refund policy?

All sales are final. Not for exchange, resale or transfer. Lost tickets will not be replaced. Not responsible for tickets obtained from unauthorized sources which may or may not be valid. A valid government issued photo ID and the credit card used for the purchase are required to pick up tickets. Proof of age may be required. We reserve the right to at anytime cancel tours, change departure and arrival times. Only cancelled tours and subject to refund, less any service charge, with no further amount than the face value of the ticket available for compensation. Please note your confirmation reflects your arrival time. All passengers and carry-on items are subject to search. Restricted and dangerous articles may not be brought on board. If you buy a ticket, you consent to have your image or likeness appear in any live or recorded video or other transmissions or reproduction. The license granted herein is revocable for cause, upon refunding to passenger the ticket price. Submitting an order in person, via telephone, online or via fax indicates your agreement to these terms and conditions.

What is your ticket cancellation policy?

All boat tour tickets are final and tickets are non-refundable.

If I lose my ticket, can it be replaced?

Yes, a ticket can be replaced with the original confirmation number at the Hornblower Ticket Plaza or by contacting our Customer Service department.

What time should I arrive for the Falls Fireworks and Falls Illumination Cruise?

We recommend arriving 30-minutes prior to the boat departure.

Am I required to print my ticket before I arrive at the attraction?

A confirmation email will be sent to your email which will contain a barcode. Your ticket can be scanned from your Smartphone as long as a barcode is present and you’re online. Tickets can also be printed at home in advance.

The Boat Tour

When does the first daytime boat tour depart?

The first daytime boat tour is 8:30 am in season. Please see our Schedule page for specific dates sailing times.

Do you offer a bike rack?

A bike rack is available on site and is located in front of our Group Check-In booth.

Are there washrooms on the boat?

Yes, there are 2 wheelchair accessible washrooms aboard the boat.

Are animals permitted onboard the daytime boat tour or nighttime cruise?

Service animals are permitted. All other pets are not permitted.

Do the nighttime cruise permit young children aboard?

Our Falls Fireworks Cruise and Falls Illumination Cruise are family-friendly cruises. Families with young children can certainly bring their children aboard.

Our attraction is located at 5920 Niagara Parkway, a short 2-minute walk from the foot of Clifton Hill. See our Directions page for directions.

Is there an area to park my stroller?

Yes, before you board we offer a designated area for stroller parking.

Do you offer storage for personal belongings?

No, we do not offer storage for personal belongings. We encourage personal items to be held onto during your visit.

Do you have a Lost and Found location?

Yes, our Lost and Found location is located at Safety Security office at Hornblower Landing. For further assistance contact our Customer Service department.

Is there an ATM near the attraction?

Yes, an ATM is located at our Hornblower Ticket Plaza when you arrive.

Where are your washrooms onsite?

There are washrooms located nearby at the Niagara Parks Welcome Centre located 2-minute walk from Hornblower Ticket Plaza. There are also wheelchair accessible washrooms located at Hornblower Landing, minutes from boarding the boat. Washrooms are also located on the boat.

Are animals permitted at the attraction?

Service animals are permitted at the attraction, all other animals are not permitted.

Are outside food and beverages permitted on the boat?

Outside food and beverages are not permitted onboard the boat tours or nighttime cruises.

Is there a location to purchase waterproof items before boarding the boat?

Yes, the Mist Gear Retail offers a selection of waterproof items such as smartphone cover cases, water shoes and bags.
