Where Does My Group Enter When We Arrive?

Groups of 20-people or more will arrive at the Hornblower Group-Check In booth located at the base of Clifton Hill. Groups will be dropped off at the Niagara Parks Welcome Centre and will proceed by foot to the Group Check-In booth. A Hornblower Niagara Cruises employee will greet the Tour Manager and group and lead the group towards the Hornblower Ticket Plaza.

Where Does A Group Motor Coach Parks When It Arrives?

Motor Coach buses park at the Niagara Parks Welcome Centre. Motor Coach bus operators will receive a pager when their group is ready for pick up.

How Many People Do I Need To Have To Be Considered A Group?

A group is considered 20 people or more. Groups with guests that have less than 20 people are encouraged to purchase their tickets at the Hornblower Ticket Plaza or online at 

What Happens If My Tour Group Is Late For Arrival?

Should you and your guests be late for your daytime boat tour or evening cruise, a Hornblower Niagara Cruises Guests Services agent will be happy to place you on the next available boat tour and cruise.

How Long Is Group Tour Onboard Experience?

Our Voyage To The Falls daytime boat tour for a group and the general public is 20 minutes and a Falls Illumination Cruise and Falls Fireworks Cruise for a group and the general public is 40 minutes. 

When is The First Daytime Boat Departure Of the Day?
