Hornblower Niagara Cruises Fully Accessible Property
Plan your trip with accessibility in mind.
Our Accessibility Commitment To You
We recognize diversity through our visitors and our dedicated employees. Our attraction accommodates everyone including those with mobility concerns. Learn more about our services, accessibility access below.
Hornblower Niagara Cruises provides wheelchairs on a first come first serve basis. Guests can request and access a wheelchair upon arrival at the Hornblower Group Check In Booth located at the base of Clifton Hill. Wheelchairs are accessible aboard the boats on the Lower Level Deck. Please note wheelchairs are for on-site use only.
Our Safety Services employees are professionally trained and are onsite to assist with the safety, security and medical needs in the event of an emergency.
We offer complimentary admission for one support person per guest. A personal support worker is classified as a professional accompanying a guest who requires extra assistance with communication, mobility, or medical needs. Personal Support workers must present ID when arriving at the attraction.
All service animals are welcome to our attraction with their owner present. All other animals and pets are not permitted onboard the boat or at Hornblower Landing.
Both of our Catamaran boats offer designated seating for those with mobility issues.
At the Hornblower Ticket Plaza visitors will find a slightly sloped wheelchair accessible paved ramp leading towards our four elevators.
To access Hornblower Niagara Cruises vessels, visitors are required to use the boarding ramps that are designed to be accessible to wheelchairs, walkers and strollers.
Washrooms on Land
There are three accessible public washrooms for both men and women located at Hornblower Landing. These are located in the building across from the Visitor Pavilion and Private Event Tent.
